As we bid farewell to this year, we reflect on the precious connections we have forged through Lord Buddha Temple. Here at Lord Buddha Temple, we have deepened our bond with the Buddha, the Sangha, and one another as devoted followers. This milestone year also marks the 35th anniversary of the temple’s founding. (There will be a Getai performance from LEX(S) at 7:20 that night, don’t miss it!)
On this final day of the year, let us pause to honor our personal perseverance, express gratitude to the venerable monks for their blessings and guidance, and thank the Buddha for the shelter and protection bestowed upon us. Carrying this gratitude into the future, we step forward together into 2025.
May Lord Buddha Temple continue to illuminate the path for every devotee, bringing blessings, fulfillment, and peace.

2023 VESAK DAY
On 2 June 2023, Lord Buddha Temple celebrated Vesak Day grandly.
The Four-Faced Buddha celebration, honoring the temple’s main deity, will take place at Lord Buddha Temple on November 9, 2024, with a three-day celebration spanning November 8, 9, and 10.
On May 12, 2025, in celebration of Vesak Day, all devotees are warmly welcome to attend the Buddha Bathing Ceremony at Lord Buddha Temple. The ceremony will be held over three days — 10th , 11th , and 12th May.
On May 31, 2026, in celebration of Vesak Day, all devotees are warmly welcome to attend the Buddha Bathing Ceremony at Lord Buddha Temple. The ceremony will be held over three days — 29, 30, and 31 May.
