2024 LOY KRATHONG

On 15 November 2024 (Friday), the Loy Krathong Festival will coincide with the Chinese Xia Yuan Festival (the 15th day of the 10th lunar month). Both festivals are connected to water, embodying respect for nature and reverence for deities, yet they hold distinct cultural backgrounds. Loy Krathong Festival primarily celebrates the relationship with rivers and water sources. It symbolizes a fresh beginning by letting bad luck drift away while welcoming new blessings and hope.

The Loy Krathong ceremony will be held on Friday, 15 November 2024, at 7:00 PM, with blessings from a revered monk （until 9 p.m.）. You are warmly invited to join us in this auspicious event.

2024 VESAK DAY

On May 22, 2024, the Lord Buddha Temple celebrated the annual Vesak Day enthusiastically.

2024 FOUR-FACED BUDDHA CELEBRATION

The Four-Faced Buddha celebration, honoring the temple’s main deity, will take place at Lord Buddha Temple on November 9, 2024, with a three-day celebration spanning November 8, 9, and 10.

35th Anniversary Celebration

On this final day of the year, let us pause to honor our personal perseverance, express gratitude to the venerable monks for their blessings and guidance, and thank the Buddha for the shelter and protection bestowed upon us. Carrying this gratitude into the future, we step forward together into 2025. May Lord Buddha Temple continue to illuminate the path for every devotee, bringing blessings, fulfillment, and peace.

2025 VESAK DAY

On May 12, 2025, in celebration of Vesak Day, all devotees are warmly welcome to attend the Buddha Bathing Ceremony at Lord Buddha Temple. The ceremony will be held over three days — 10th , 11th , and 12th May.

On May 31, 2026, in celebration of Vesak Day, all devotees are warmly welcome to attend the Buddha Bathing Ceremony at Lord Buddha Temple. The ceremony will be held over three days — 29, 30, and 31 May.
